Mark Your Calendars! Annual Homeowner’s Meeting! Monday- March 25, 2013 6:00 PM @ the office of Snow’s Management. 2701 Fairbanks Street

The Annual Homeowner’s Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 25, 2013. The meeting will begin at 6:00PM at the office of Snow’s Management. The Board of Directors encourages ALL homeowners to attend the Annual Meeting. At this meeting you will learn about everything that has happened at the Association over the past year including the finances of the Association and any projects. The Annual Meeting is a great forum to express any concerns or maintenance issues you may have.

Please click here to get a Notice and Proxy form! It is very important that you complete and return the proxy to Snow’s Management ASAP. We need to collect the proxies in order to establish a quorum to conduct the meeting. If you know that you will be unable to attend the meeting please return your proxy right away.

Spring is right around the corner.

If you are planning some summer projects please keep the following in mind.

All homeowners are responsible for keeping their Units repaired and maintained in good order and condition.  All repairs and maintenance to internal installations shall be made at the owner’s expense.  Latticework is to be maintained and/or replaced by homeowner.

Maintenance, repairs or replacement of all Unit’s windows and exterior doors (including screen doors) are the responsibility of the Unit owner.

Maintenance of the decks is the homeowner’s responsibility. If you fail to maintain your deck and it causes any leaks in your unit or crawl space you will be required to pay for the repairs. Please inspect your deck this summer to make sure that there is no water penetrating the surface into your unit.

No internal structural alterations are allowed without Prior board approval.  No additions or alterations to the building exteriors or common areas are permitted without the prior approval of the Board.  This includes, but is not limited to, deck enclosures, landscaping, and hot tubs on decks.  No defacing of building exteriors will be tolerated.

Please submit all alteration requests in writing to Snow’s Management, Inc. prior to any work being done.  The requests will be submitted to the Board of Directors for review.

Auto Pay

Do you have trouble remembering to pay your dues each month?  Can’t find a stamp? Ran out of checks? Then you should sign up for auto pay! Snow’s Management will take your Association dues directly out of your bank account on the 15th of each month. Please contact Lea at Snow’s Management 563-8825 for more information.

Water, Water Everywhere!

Water is one of the highest expenses at the Association. In order to keep your dues from increasing we need some help from you! Do you have a running or leaking toilet? You can find out by putting some food coloring in the tank of the toilet. If the colored water drips into the toilet bowl you have a leak!
If a pipe bursts or you have another form of leak in your unit it is important to know where your water shut off is. Most units can find the shut off in the utility closet behind the water heater.  Please take a moment to locate yours 
