We did not have legal quorum this year so the Board of Directors will stay the same until such time that a quorum is established.
Parking and snow removal at Turnagain Circle Condos can be a challenge in the winter months. Please use the garage spaces whenever possible.
If you do need to park outside please move your car for the plows so they may move the snow from the front to the back lawn to create more parking spaces in the front of the building.
Deck replacement will likely begin in December. All home owners will receive notices with parking instructions and what to do as their deck is being replaced. This process will not all be completed this spring. Decks will be replaced every 18 to 24 months starting with the back decks on 3919.
There is to be no storage of household items, trash or BBQ grills on your outside Decks.
Hear the alarm when you sleep. Every room needs a smoke detector.
Smoke alarms save lives. Test monthly.
The speed limit for the Association driveway is 5mph
Recreational Vehicles may not be parked in the association parking lot long term.
Non-running vehicles may not be stored or abandoned in the Association’s parking lot longer than one month.
Vehicles without current registration will be considered abandoned and subject to towing at the owners expense.
Parking is restricted to Turnagain Circle Association’s occupants/guests only.
Please report any vehicle which is not associated with Turnagain Circle to Snow’s Management.
The Association assumes no liability or responsibility for the damage or theft to or from any vehicle while on the property.
