Mason’s siding

The Board has contracted Mason Siding to repair/replace damaged siding that has occurred. Please do not be alarmed if you see a few men walking around the property inspecting homes and replacing any of the damaged structures.

Tall Trees

Tall Trees will also be on the property October 19th to complete some much needed pruning before summer has ended. They will also be removing a couple of trees that have been compromised.

The spookiest time of the year has arrived! Be prepared this Halloween season with a calendar list of scary events the whole family is sure to enjoy!

Fire Extinguishers- Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors

It has been recommended by the Anchorage Fire Department that each unit have a UL listed/FM approved Fire Extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A:10B:C. It must be easily visible & accessible for use in the event of a fire. All fire extinguishers must be serviced & tagged annually by a qualified servicing contractor. In addition, all dwelling units must have at least one smoke detector & carbon monoxide detector in each unit. These detectors should be installed near each separate sleeping area.  It is also recommended that your smoke / carbon monoxide detectors be checked every 30 days. Please remember to check / change the batteries in both.

Pet Waste:

As a pet owner it is your responsibility to clean up after them. It’s unsightly and unsanitary to allow a pet to urinate or defecate in the common areas, in other Unit Owners front or side lawns or in landscaped areas.  Please be responsible and courteous to your neighbors and clean up after your pet.  Thank you for helping to keep our grounds clean and looking nice.
