As we enter the New Year here are some reminders…
The community is working very hard to maintain a level of appeal.
AHFC ENERGY REBATE PROGRAM
Did you know—Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is doing away with the energy rebate program. If you haven’t already done so you should look into this great program. You could potentially get new windows, a furnace, a hot water heater, add insulation or get new doors at no cost to you! Give them a call at 877-257-3228 to learn more or visit their website at https://www.ahfc.us/ !
Please Do Not Litter
Please do not throw trash, especially cigarette butts, around the property. Please dispose of trash properly, and DO NOT LITTER. If you are suspected of littering the community we will have the area cleaned up are your expense!
Do you think the roads need more attention?
IS YOUR AREA ICY AND IN NEED OF SANDING, SNOW HAUL OFF, OR PLOWING? If so, please contact Emily at Snow’s Management at 563-8894.
*Please Be A Responsible Pet Owner*
We cannot stress enough how important it is to pick up after your pet. Please be responsible for your pet and pick up their waste. Please do not leave pet waste all over your yard or anywhere else on the community property. If Piper Hill continues to have pet waste issues we will start fining, and/or will have the property cleaned at the homeowner’s expense. You can purchase doggie waste pick-up bags at all major retailers!
Are you interested in being on the Board?
Have you wanted to be more involved in your community recently? If so, please volunteer for the Board of Directors. If you think you could add to the community please call or send us an email to let us know!
Please remember to periodically check for leaks under your kitchen and bathroom sinks.
Run plenty of water before, during, and after using your garbage disposer. Don’t use the garbage disposer to dispose of coffee grounds, vegetable peels, or fats & oils.
Garbage cans should be put away by the end of the day of garbage pick-up.
Wednesday, May 4th, at 5:30PM
The Board of Directors would like to encourage homeowners to attend the homeowners meeting which is held at the office of Snow’s Management.
