The next Board of Directors Meeting will be held on July 26th, 2016 at 6:00pm. The meeting will be held in building 3041 unit 412 upstairs. Homeowners are encouraged to attend. If you have any questions or concerns before then, please contact Snow’s Management prior to the meeting time.
With summer here, we would like to remind residents that BBQ grills are NOT allowed on the property. Effective August 2011 the fine increased to $250.00 per occurrence if anyone is in violation. Please note that the House Rules states, “Grills are prohibited at the property. There is to be no charcoal or gas grills on balconies, porches, or anywhere on the property. This includes charcoal briquettes, propane tanks, lighter fluid, and any type of smoker. This is a violation of our insurance policy and must be strictly enforced.”
Please note that at the May 27th Board of Directors meeting it was determined that up to two (2) bicycles are allowed on the patios or decks of your unit, but please clean them well before you carry them up the stairs and be careful of the walls in the staircase. Do not clutter your balcony space with un-necessary items. If this allowance is abused then bicycles will no longer be allowed on the patios/balconies. Tires are strictly prohibited on any patio or balcony area, fines will be applied for any infraction of this safety issue.
