Board of Directors Meeting

The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for some time this spring a date has not been decided yet. The meeting will be held at the office of Snows Management. If you are planning on attending the meeting to address a specific problem or an alteration request, please contact Deborah Allen at Snow’s Management before the meeting. Then the appropriate information will be on hand at the meeting so the Board will be able to assist you.

PARKING REMINDERS

The Julieanne Home owners Association has contracted out a new Towing company. Random/ Periodic neighborhood drive thru inspections are being conducted by the towing company. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. Guest parking is for Guest Parking not daily parking for homeowners/tenants personal vehicles. Please Do Not park in some else’s designated parking spot. Remember you (as a home owner/tenant) are responsible for your guests and their parking. This is addressed in the house rules and will be enforced.

PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS

Picking up immediately after your pet has relieved itself is not only an Association rule but a Municipality of Anchorage law and not doing so fine a ticked offense. Please help keep our community free from pet waste.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS

CHILDREN
Parents are still not providing direct supervision. Kids are running in and out of the neighborhood streets unsupervised this is a safety/ liability issue to drivers and children. This issue has been published in previous newsletters.  This issue is specifically addressed in the house rules and will be enforced.

HD Cameras and Motion Detector Lights
Motion detecting lights have been added to the entrance of the neighborhood for added security. In addition the neighborhood has fitted with 2 HD video cameras. The new cameras video all vehicles entering and exiting the neighborhood and the guest parking lot.

COMMON AREAS
The common areas on the property are owned by the Association. The only items allowed in the Common Areas are authorized Seasonal items such as BBQ grills. At no time are residents to leave cans, bags of trash, or debris of any nature outside their doors for any amount of time. This is a fineable offense
