Summer Reminders

Please make sure to clean up after your pet. If your animal relieves itself in a walkway or on a staircase you need to make sure to remove all waste and then wipe down the area. It is unsanitary and will cost the association money to clean, which could intern cause your Association dues to rise.

Please remember that decks are for your recreational use, i.e., lawn furniture and similar items that are commonly used. Grilling on your deck is not allowed. There are to be no charcoal or gas grill on balconies, porches or anywhere on the property. This is to reduce the chance of fire of bodily injury. This included charcoal briquettes, propane tanks lighter fluid, any type of smoker or any type of heat producing appliance. This is a violation of our Municipal of Anchorage code and our insurance policy. This policy will be strictly enforced and a fine of $300 will be assessed per occurrence. Anyone who violates this rule is responsible for the fine and the increased portion of the insurance.
Greentree village will be getting new paint next summer.
Notices will be sent out to make all aware of the dates
before the project begins.

It has been recommended by the Anchorage Fire Department, that each unit have a UL listed / FM approved fire extinguisher(s) with a minimum rating of 2A:10B:C. It must be easily visible & accessible for use in the event of a fire.  All fire extinguishers must be serviced & tagged annually by a qualified servicing contractor.  In addition, all dwelling units must have at least one smoke detector & carbon monoxide detector in each unit. These detectors should be installed near each separate sleeping area.  It is also recommended that your smoke / carbon monoxide detectors be checked every 30 days.  Please remember to check / change the batteries in both of these.
