Snow’s Management now accepts credit cards!  At long last Snow’s Management has an option to pay with your credit card so you can stock up on those Alaska Airlines miles and plan that next Hawaii vacation.  If you would like to pay with your credit card you can do so by going to www.snowsmanagement.org and clicking on the button PAY ONLINE.  Clicking this button will take you to the credit card vendor Paylease’s website.  You will need to create a login please review the account information they already have on file to ensure that you are paying the dues for the correct property.  Each user will be responsible for paying the credit cards fees for each transaction and Paylease will inform you of the total charges before proceeding with your payment.  If you have any questions about how to pay online with a credit card please contact Paylease at 866-729-5327.

Parking:

Parking at Green Tree Condos is assigned parking.  Your parking space correlates to your Unit number.  The Board of Directors will have the cement pilings on the parking lot freshly painted in the spring to clear up any confusion about parking.  *Note – When standing the in parking lot facing the building the parking stalls are numbered from left to right 1,3,5,6,4,2.  Please ensure that you park in your assigned spot. *One car per unit is allowed to park in the parking lot, other vehicles need to be parked on the street.

*REVERSE PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME!  *Please be mindful of your neighbors when starting and warming up your vehicle.  Please turn your stereo level down and only let your car idle until it is warm and ready to drive.  It is not necessary or appreciated to leave the car idling for an hour.

IF YOU HEAR A PLOW OUTSIDE PLEASE GO AND MOVE YOUR CAR FROM THE PARKING LOT SO THEY CAN PLOW IT WELL.

Pets:

A few reminders regarding pets:
• Pets must be on a leash whenever outside your unit.  They must be controlled by someone strong enough to rein in your pet at all times.  If your pet is too strong and can break away from you when walking it, you need to find another way to safely retrain your pet when outside your unit.
• You must pick up after your pet if the “relieve” themselves on the property.
• Pet not to cause a nuisance to other residents in the Association.

If you are caught in violation, you can and will be fined.  If you see another homeowner in violation please report it in writing to Snow’s Management at info@snowsalaska.com.
