The next meeting is scheduled for November 19th, 2015 at 12:10 a.m. This meeting will take place in the office of Snow’s Management at 2701 Fairbanks St. All homeowners are encouraged and welcome to attend.
Please ask your children’s friends not to play and cut across the property.
Pouring 16 ounces of water directly where your pet has urinated right after he has gone will dilute the nitrogen that burns the grass. Remember take your pet off the property to do its business.
Being courteous with the way we park our vehicles makes for good neighborly relations. Be aware the owners of the vehicles next to yours need room to open their doors sufficiently and be able to walk between vehicles. Vehicles should be parked straight in their space, not at an angle and not crossing into the space belonging to your neighbor.

Items are not permitted to be stored in a parking space or the walkway between the wall and the concrete pilings. If you have items outside of your storage room, please move them right away. Consider this a “friendly reminder” now and avoid a violation letter with a $15 fee later. The Board is receiving complaints and will send violation letters soon if the items are not moved.
Our porches say “Welcome” to our homes and need to be kept free of clutter. Items such as boxes, household goods and trash bags must not be on the porch. Please store or dispose of these items properly and avoid a violation letter.
