This is a Board Meeting, but we would love to see everyone! Come on down and chat with us!!!

Happy Spring Everyone!

I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tina Mariner and I am your Association Manager. If you ever have any questions or concerns, with anything that affects the Crestview Association please don’t hesitate to contact me. I can be reached at 563-8818 or at info@snowsmanagementak.com.

Other important people in our office include, Beth Smith who is our Accounts receivable lady. She will be the one with any questions concerning payments. Tiffie Stewart is our Office Manager and Accounts Payable lady. She’s a wiz here at Snow’s and can answer almost any of your questions if you can’t reach me. She is also the one that pays all of the association invoices. And lastly is Pam Snow. Owner of Snow’s Management, Inc. She is the kindest lady you will ever meet. She will always make time for you if you need to speak with her. Or if I am unavailable.

In the beginning of the month, your Board and I walked around the entire association, taking notes about projects that will need to be completed in the upcoming year. Some things you might notice around are: Flowers will be planted, and your quiet Association will be the bee’s knees and everyone will love the atmosphere. The Board noted that the wooden walk ways and decks need some love, so we are working that out as we speak. The fence will be repaired where holes were cut into the chain-link. And there are some erosion concerns that the Association will be investigating further with various contractors coming onsite.

The Board is currently waiting on bids to come in for dryer vent cleaning. But that will be completed this year. Also the chimneys will be inspected.

DOGS: This is always a huge concern. By Municipality code and your house rules, dogs must be leashed at all times, and not allowed to roam alone. This can result in fines from the Association and Code Enforcement. Also Please don’t allow your dog to urinate on the lawn. And pick up your dogs waste. Please be considerate of your neighbors!!
